yeah, so i just wanted to try this, you know? So many people are now self-proclaimed writers with blogs these days. Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. I'm going to try not to have an attitude, but we'll see. Maybe I'll be the next Kerouac. That's it. Sarcasm? Well, perhaps on the side...
So I'm a mom, wife and teacher. It isn't very glorious, but I was just thinking tonight how important it is being a parent -- to another HUMAN being on this lovely earth of ours. It is truly humbling, and awesome, to share life and all of it's experiences with these beings we call our children...
i'm a waldorf school teacher. this is my first class, and i've been teaching for almost 3 years. the children in my class have been with me since first grade. i'm truly committed to my career, and i find it rewarding beyond words, at times aggravating, frustrating, annoying, and most of the time, exhausting. before teaching, i worked in marketing for software firms. now i earn about a third of what i did in high tech. but i am three times happier now. so there.
